DESCRIPTION:Gather together for the 41st annual ice cream-making event during the peak of peach season!\nEach year\, the Crozet Lions Club uses our ripe peaches to make the most delicious\, creamy\, mouthwatering ice cream you’ve ever had. So c’mon out and join the fun at any time of day on Saturday and Sunday\, August 1–2. \nWe donate the peaches. The Lions make and sell the ice cream. The proceeds go right back into the Crozet and Western Albemarle community. And you get to enjoy fresh homemade peach ice cream. Everybody wins! \nWe will also have our usual soft serve ice cream and milkshakes available. Enjoy live music from 1–4 PM on both days of the event.

Goat walks are $20 per person. Boots or long pants are advised. Our walks take about 45 minutes and cover only a quarter mile\, so not too strenuous. We (and all of our friendly animals) look forward to meeting you! \nSentient Sanctuary is a nonprofit think tank and animal sanctuary in Scottsville.
