All members of the public are welcome to attend Open House and learn how an engineering education can lead to an exciting, meaningful career. KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION FOR CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY SCHOOLS
Charlottesville City Schools.
A child must be five years old on or before September 30 of the upcoming school year to enroll in kindergarten. Bring a certified birth certificate, the child's social security card, proof of City residency (mortgage, lease or real estate tax document or a government issued ID and utility bill), a copy of a comprehensive physical exam and evidence of immunizations required by Virginia state law. Enrolling ages 2-6 for fall 2020. The Early Childhood rooms will be open for play and exploration. Teachers will be available to answer questions, and children are welcome and encouraged to attend. Learn about how we honor the needs of the young child while laying the foundation for later academic work, within a play-based program. Activities will include grinding grain, carding wool and coloring with beeswax crayons. A captain's choice tournament played on the beautiful Stoney Creek Golf Course at Wintergreen in Nellysford. All proceeds from this tournament go to the scholarship and tuition assistance programs at North Branch School.
