A Day in the Life of a Paleontologist

Haley Gannon is currently a GIS Specialist for the Virginia State Geological Survey, but in her previous life she was a field assistant for Elevation Science Institute on fossil dig expeditions. She’ll walk through how paleontologists find dinosaurs, the tools they use, and the skills needed to get the bones out of the ground and into a museum.
