CAAR Foundation has been part of the Charlottesville landscape since 1925, representing more than 1,300 REALTORS® and affiliate members across the region. For a family, the useful part isn’t the trade-association machinery; it’s that CAAR Foundation sets the ethical bar that its members are held to and publishes the most reliable, hyper-local read on the housing market you’ll find anywhere.
